Meet your instructor
... and I love to party!
I also love all things fitness and wellness. I created Glow Studio to combine the two: you don't have to choose between being fit and being lit!SHiNE Dance Fitness has helped me find that balance in my life: I've improved my stamina, gained confidence both on and off the dance floor, and it's the only workout that burns enough calories that I can work more restaurants into my diet guilt-free 😛My mission as an instructor is to encourage you to let loose and move, forget everything else and reconnect with yourself. Be free, be who you really want to be -- through movement.
